How do I request roadside assistance?

First, pull over somewhere safe, put the car in park and stay clear of traffic. You need to be with the vehicle when the technician arrives, as long as it is safe to do so.

1. Open the Miles app.
2. From the home screen, tap the vehicle card. Roadside lives under the vehicle's details.
3. Tap Roadside Assistance.
4. Follow the prompts to choose what you need, confirm your location and request service.

After you request, you can watch the technician come to you on a live map, and a Roadside banner stays on your home screen until you dismiss it. You also get a text with the map link and the technician's contact information.

When Roadside Assistance is requested, a mobile alert is sent to everyone assigned to the vehicle so they are aware when help is requested.

Please note: Request roadside help through the Miles app so it can be dispatched by our provider and covered by your membership. Services you arrange yourself, or through any other provider, aren't covered or reimbursed.
