What does roadside assistance cover?
Miles Guard includes Roadside Help for the vehicle with Miles Plug installed:
- Dead battery: jump start.
- Out of gas: fuel delivery.
- Flat tire: tire change. You need one good spare. For multiple flats, request a tow.
- Locked keys in car: lockout service.
- Stuck near the road: winch service. Covers one hour and the vehicle must be within 10 feet of a paved surface. Additional time is billed separately.
- Breakdown: tow up to 25 miles. Additional miles are billed separately.
Your Guard membership includes up to 2 roadside service requests per vehicle each year. Anything beyond that, including extra mileage or services outside what's covered, is available to purchase right in the app, where we'll show you the price up front so you can decide. Full details are in our Roadside Assistance terms.
Please note: Request roadside help through the Miles app so it can be dispatched by our provider and covered by your membership. Services you arrange yourself, or through any other provider, aren't covered or reimbursed.
