How do I return my Miles Plug?

Please use the contact us form, select Product Return, and follow the instructions to receive a prepaid shipping label.

1. Return the device in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the label.
2. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it within three to five business days.
3. After your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original form of payment within five to seven business days. 

Returns inside the 60-day window are refunded for the device and any prepaid membership, minus a flat $10 return shipping fee.

What if I return a Plug that came free with a 3-year membership?

Send the Plug back with your return. Your $396 membership is refunded minus the $10 return shipping and processing fee, so $386 back. If you keep the Plug, we deduct $99.00 for the cost of the Plug,
