Our team will be in touch to learn more about the issue and walk you through troubleshooting. Troubleshooting with our team is required before a warranty replacement can be approved. If we determine your Miles Plug needs to be replaced, we’ll take care of the next steps.

Before you file, it’s worth checking the two things that can look like a broken Plug but usually aren’t. No light at all is almost always caused by the ignition being off. A yellow light usually means the Plug isn’t fully seated.
