My Miles Plug has no light

No light means no power reaching the Plug.

1. Turn the car on. This is the answer more often than anything else.
2. Reseat it. Unplug, wait ten seconds, and push it back in until it seats with a click.
3. Try another car if you can. That tells us whether it is the Plug or the port.
