Does Miles share date with law enforcement?

We do not give law enforcement open or ongoing access to Miles data, and we do not voluntarily share customer information. 

We require valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, before providing customer information, except in limited emergency circumstances where disclosure may be necessary to help prevent serious harm or protect someone’s safety.

When we receive a legal request, we review it carefully and provide only the information we are legally required to provide.
