My Miles Plug shows offline

The app shows the time Miles last reported. Offline means the app has not heard from the Plug recently. The most common reasons:

1. The car is somewhere without cellular coverage. Trips still record on the device and sync once it is back in range.
2. The Plug is not fully seated. Unplug, wait ten seconds, push it back in until it clicks.
3. The Plug has been unplugged. It shows offline until it is plugged back in, then resumes normally.
