What happens if there is no cell coverage?

Miles stores trip and vehicle information on the device and sends it to your app once it reconnects. Your driving history is usually not lost and will show up later.

Miles Guard is the part that needs a live connection. Crash response and roadside both work by reaching the monitoring center, so in an area with no coverage Miles cannot call for help, and neither can a phone.
